terms of service!

By commissioning us (Rosie and Euna), you declare that you have read and accepted our Terms of Service. General We reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
Please ensure that the reference you send us is your final reference. We will not change the reference after the form is submitted.
We will simplify and color your commission with the references we are given.
Revisions are only available if we make a mistake on character accuracy.
We have full rights to the commission. We will use it to advertise our emote commissions, unless specified and agreed upon otherwise.
Commissions are for personal use only. You, the client, may not sell products with our artwork on them. You may use it for everything else.
We do NOT accept non-humanoid characters. Credit 
If you'd like, you may attribute our emotes to our twitch channel rosieuna. Complex Fee 
Designs featuring many small details (various hair accessories, combination of wings/tails/objects, intricate patterns, etc.) are considered "complex" and will incur an additional fee. Payments Prices are in USD.
Full payment of the total project fee is required in advance.
Payments will be made through PayPal. Deadlines and Delivery Once accepted, commission will typically finish within 2 weeks, but can take up to 1 month to deliver.
We do not accept rush commissions.
Files will be delivered via email ([email protected]). Please provide us with an email address for contact and delivery. Refund Policy Refunds are available if we have not started on your commission.
We reserve the right to cancel the commission if we deem the client is acting inappropriately or breaching our terms of service.
